What we collect
When you order, ask for a quotation or enrol in a course we collect your name, mobile number, address and, if you give it, your email. We use it only to deliver your order, contact you about it, issue your invoice and answer your request.
Who sees it
If you sign in to your account we use your mobile number to send you a one-time code. We may message you about your order by SMS, email and, if you agree, WhatsApp; you can turn these off from the Track page. Our team sees your details. Makers see only what they need to make your piece (the item, the quantity, any personalisation). We do not sell your details and we do not share them for advertising.
Makers and their details
Makers are named on this site only when they have agreed. We show a first name and area, and a photo only with their consent.
Keeping and deleting
We keep order records as long as the law requires for accounts. You can ask us to correct or delete the rest by contacting Community Craft Marketplace at (to be added) or (to be added).
