Common questions
How fast will I get a quotation?
We reply within one working day. No order is created until you accept the quotation.
What do I pay up front?
The quotation shows the advance (usually half) and the total. Production starts once the advance is received.
Can you personalise the gifts?
Yes, on suitable products: names, short messages or a logo. Tell us what you have in mind in the request.
How do you keep quality even across many makers?
Each piece is checked against the same checklist before it is packed. Pieces that do not pass go back to be fixed or are remade.
Where do you deliver?
To your office, venue or home. Everything arrives together in one delivery.
